What We Are

The Calumet Memorial Park District Foundation is a 501(c3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to make the Calumet Memorial Park District an exemplary park district in Cook County and the State of Illinois by seeking multiple sources of revenue to improve, enhance and expand the park district. The purposes of this corporation shall be limited to charitable, educational and other exempt purposes within the meaning of section 501(c3) of the Internal Revenue Code exclusively for the benefit of parks and recreation within the City of Calumet City, the Village of Burnham, Unincorporated Dolton and Unincorporated South Holland.
