What is SilverSneakers Fitness®?

SilverSneakers is a fun, energizing program that helps Medicare eligible adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events.

What Will SilverSneakers Offer You?

SilverSneakers members have access to a wide variety of benefits, including:

• A basic fitness membership at any participating location around the country including Sandridge Fitness Center, with access to all amenities usually included with a basic membership – which includes SilverSneakers classes and much more!
• A trained Program Advisor at each fitness location to introduce you to SilverSneakers, show you around the location and help you get started with your benefit!
• Health education seminars and other events.

SilverSneakers Fitness has been providing innovative health benefits for Medicare eligible’ s for more than two decades. Today more than 65 Medicare health plans offer the program as a benefit to members across the nation. Regular participation in the program has been proven to help older adults manage their health and increase strength, balance and endurance.

Membership Overview

All memberships are entitled to the use of the fitness center, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, member’s lounge, heavy/speed bags, golf net, fitness gym, locker rooms and the lap pool.

All new members will schedule an orientation where fitness staff will explain the proper usage of all fitness equipment. Orientations must be scheduled in advance. If desired, your blood pressure can also be taken at any time you utilize the facility.

All members must have a current waiver on file (one must be signed each time a membership is renewed).

All Members will receive a photo ID badge that must be brought every time and must be worn at all times when in the building. ID’s must be swiped in at the front desk prior to using any of the facilities amenities.

Memberships may be canceled, suspended, terminated or not renewed if a member does not follow the fitness rules and/or policies.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
