Join this class for physical fitness, stress relief and enhance your femininity.

We will learn sensual hand movements, serpentine arm movements and isolation techniques for neck, chest abdominal and hip. Veil dance work, finger cymbal percussion, dance combinations, traveling floor exercises will also be explored.

Please wear comfortable clothing such as tops, leggings, tights, soft shoes or non-skid socks.

No dance experience required.

Costume set to purchase: hip scarf, veil, finger cymbals
