This style of the ancient Okinawan martial art, as designed by Sensei Roger Jerome (9th Degree Black Belt) and Sensei Dotty Jerome (7th Degree) places an emphasis on proper attitude, discipline, self-confidence, coordination and flexibility.

Women’s 4 on 4 Volleyball Summer Volleyball
If you ready for some good competition and a great workout, come and join our 4 on 4 league. This league will run from June until August, with playoff rounds to follow. Games will be played at 7:00, 7:45 and 8:30pm at the Sandridge Center.

Golf Lessons
Learn the basic skills of the very sophisticated and relaxed sport or spruce up your skills to par for the summer! The final class will play 9 holes at Burnham Woods Golf Course. Green fees and carts are included in the program fees.
